Too many fish in the sea

Girl Group had the first hit in the summer of 1961 with 'Please Mr Postman'. The Marvelettes had continued success until 1968, but possibly made a big mistake when in 1964 they turned down the Holland-Dozier-Holland classic 'Baby Love' which then became a massive transatlantic hit for The Supremes.
