I must say I was very disappointed by the latest single from The Spice Girls. There was nothing fresh about it. 'Friendship Never Ends' is neither a 'Wannabe' or a '2Become1'. The song comes across as a sentimental blur that has just been thrown together by a songwriting committee. It might sell, particularly after the tour kicks off. That only means pop marketing has succeeded once again, in the absence of creativity, imagination, and the demonstration of the real pop talent and vitality the girls displayed before their break-up. You probably won't agree with this view but that's fine.
