Text based advertising
Text based advertising is carried in two main areas; either on our sponsors panel or across the page bottom throughout the girlgroup.co.uk forums site. Text link samples for general pages can be seen in the examples panel on the right. For the bottom page advertising throughout the girlgroup.co.uk forums site can be used only the simple text links.
Text based advertising Examples
Option 1
Simple Text Link: A straightforward link in plain text.
Option 2
Highlighted Link: Your link appears in bold text.
Option 3
Simple text link with site favicon: Your favicon is shown with a simple text link.
Option 4
Highlighted text link with favicon: Your favicon is shown with a bold text link.
Option 5
Simple and Highlighted text with favicon: Your link appears in both text styles with your favicon and a few words describing the advertised site.
Option 6
Premium Link Sentences: There is a limited opportunity to have full sentences of no more than 35 words placed on our Sponsors panel. Each sentence can contain up to three unique links. These are included in the total number of words available.
Purchase Arrangements
Once you are ready to order advertising space with girlgroup.co.uk you will need to send us an e-mail containing the following:
1. A copy of the text link you want to appear on the page.
2. The actual link address to which it will be attached.
3. Advertising option you considered to apply.
Terms & Conditions
Girlgroup.co.uk will not accept any advertising that links to pornographic material, illegal content or sites that facilitate illegal actions. We will not accept advertising that links to any site that promotes extreme political views or offers content that is not suitable for young persons. This would include sites associated with what are known as 'top shelf' magazines and adult humour.
All applications are subject to approval. Where appropriate this will normally be confirmed, together with payment option details, within three working days.
All payments must be made in EUR (Euro) and be paid full prior to the commencement of any campaign.
Rider
Girlgroup.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to carry advertising from whatever source, without any obligation to give the grounds for our decision. We also reserve the right to cancel any live campaign that is found after commencement to violate the general terms and conditions described above. In this situation clients will be notified of our decision and concerns, and be refunded in accordance with the cancellation terms above.
